Curated Development Group is a privately owned forward-looking real estate developer, owner and investor. Founded by Harris Lopato in 2017, CDG has a reputation for establishing solid partnerships and transforming properties into successful income producing and profitable assets.
Based in Baltimore, MD, CDG is focused on developing commercial and residential raw land and/or acquiring existing value-add and opportunistic commercial/residential product types.
